We are living in the most strategic time in history. Societies are going through change and leader-shifts, when there is a passing of the old and the emergence of the new wave of leaders. It's a transformation that cannot be avoided. Those who refuse to recognize this shift will lose their influence and in the process, become irrelevant. But those who recognize and embrace the change will find themselves enjoying an increase of their influence and effectivity as leaders.
